LRFC RECREATIONAL PROGRAM

Recreational soccer is our most popular program with over 1000 players for ages U4-18. U5-U8 teams play in-house games on Saturdays at Murray Park. U9-U18 teams play other soccer teams from throughout Central Arkansas with home fields at Riverdale, Verizon, or Burns Park. Most rec teams practice once a week. Academy Skills Training is offered weekly for Rec and Classic Players. Free to LRFC registered players.

U5-U6 play co-ed and U7-U18 ages offer both boys and girls teams. U5 and U6 play 3v3. U7 and U8 play 4v4. U9 and U10 play 6v6. U11-U12 play 8v8. U14-U18 play 11v11.

U4 "Little Rockers" Program
Beginning Fall 08 LRFC began offering a new program for U4 players. Our program is structured and designed specifically for the young player. The philosophy of our program can be summed up in one word - FUN. We have created a safe and positive environment where kids can learn the game of soccer through playful training techniques and team bonding activities. Sessions will consist of 30 minutes of age-appropriate training and then finished off with small sided games. The combination of these methods will be the foundation to good habits with the ball. There will be one session per week on Monday evenings and will be lead by our club coaching staff. These sessions will be from 5:00 - 6:00 on Mondays at Murray Park beginning September 13 and lasting 6 weeks. Click on "Registration" above to register for the U4 Little Rockers program. Fall Soccer is held in September and October. Registration is held June 1 - July 31.

Spring Soccer is held in March and April. Registration is held December 1 - February 1 .
