Little Rock Futbol Club Academy Skills

Little Rock Futbol Club mission for Academy Skills is to provide a challenging, fun soccer training environment for all players.
We will promote the development of a strong technical foundation and teach our young players tactics through small-sided games. Academy Skills training is free to any LRFC registered player.

2. Training weekly at the academy as well as with your team
3. A well-thought out curriculum designed by the Director of Coaching and club coaching staff

**U10 Academy Jamboree will be held on Wednesday, March 1 at Murray Park beginning at 5:00.**

Spring '10 Recreational Academy Skills, Murray Park
Mondays – Starting March 1
4:45 – 5:45  for U5 - U18 Players

Wednesdays – Starting March 10 (Jamboree on March 3)
4:30 - 5:45 for U10 Girls
6:00 - 7:15 for U10 Boys

Spring '10 Recreational U4 Little Rockers Program, Murray Park
Mondays – Starting March 8
5:45 – 6:45  for U4 Players (meets every Monday night for 6 weeks)

Spring '10 Classic Academy Skills Sessions, Murray Park
Mondays – Starting February 1
6:45 – 7:45 Attacking and Defending (all age groups)

Tuesdays and Thursdays - Starting February 2
6:00 – 7:00 Classic Goalkeeping Training

Wednesdays – Starting February 3
4:30 – 6:00 Skills (U11 - U13)
